Returns Policy
Duration:
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of your delivery. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for completing your return.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Where an item is not accepted by us as acceptable as a return for it no longer being saleable – the customer will be responsible for the return postage of items not accepted for return by us. If this is not paid we will dispose of the item after 14 days after that the mater will be closed and our decision final. No refund or original product will be returned.
Non-returnable items:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery. Items that in our opinion have been used or tested.
Refunds (if applicable):
Any damage or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
First, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded Or those marked as clearance items or that have been customised for the customer.
Exchanges :
We only replace or refund for items if they are defective or damaged. Exchanges will generally not be considered.
Shipping for Returns:
You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not offer a refund when the item hasn’t been returned to us.
When shipping an item consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items not received by us or damaged whilst being sent to us.

Items returned to us for none delivery
If an item is returned to us as having been not delivered, or not having been collected from the post office or collection depot in time , the re shipping cost will be solely the responsibility of the customer.
